In 2013, Ascent embarked on its journey, establishing our core capabilities in Finance & Accounting and Human Resource Operations. These early strides laid the groundwork for what would become a remarkable saga of growth and transformation.
By 2017, we began to scale up our
operations, expanding our purview to encompass Supply Chain & Logistics capabilities. Concurrently, we diligently worked on standardizing processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability in every endeavour.
The year 2020 marked a significant milestone for Ascent as we focused on strengthening our analytical prowess and reporting mechanisms. Investing in building local capabilities, we honed our skills, poised to meet the challenges of an increasingly complex business landscape.
However, it was in 2021 that Ascent truly came into its own, redefining our operating model with a keen eye on delivering tangible value. Aligning the organizational capabilities with precision, we orchestrated a symphony of innovation and efficiency, culminating in a P&L impact exceeding $7 million.
